A Brake system is one of the important components of a vehicle. Damage to this brake system will be a big problem to all drivers can even make us crash. So, we will share with you 5 tips on how to take care of the brake system.
- Tips 1

Once a month, check your car’s brake oil level (front bottle of vacuum pump oil). Make sure the oil is at a level between minimum and maximum. Never drive if the brake oil level is below the minimum level.
- Tips 2

Every month while turning the car tires, check the brake pads. Make sure the grip layer is still thick. If we find that the ‘eating’ grip is not the same between left and right, ask the mechanic to check the oil brake system or brake pressure system as the pressure problem applied to the two brakes is not the same and this is very important to drive a special high-speed membrane. The same cast is required for drum brakes.
- Tips 3

If there is any effect of brake oil leaking (visible paint or any material derived from melted petroleum) on any part, ask the mechanic to inspect it. Do not take this matter lightly as such leaks may be small but will become large during braking due to pressure on them.
- Tips 4

When adding brake oil, make sure the brake oil specification. Dot 3 for normal use (usual cars with front discs and rear drums) and Dot 4 for heavy use (for cars with 4 wheel drive systems and high-powered cars). If you are not sure ask a mechanic because a brake oil error can cause our entire brake system to be damaged especially on bandages made of rubber.
- Tips 5

While driving avoids the foot from always being on the brake pedal. This can save on the use of brake liners.
