Return & Refund Policy

Returned goods/products will be inspected with joint receipts and items shall be in good condition. The packaging must also be in the original condition as received. If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, there will be no refunds. Nam Spare Parts Trading Sdn. Bhd. is also not responsible if your shipment is lost during transit. Once we review and verify the goods/products, the customer will receive their refund within 5 working days after verification.
